Boat Tour Through Michigan Lake

Friday, October 7th, 2011. Today, the day is as nice as usual. At KAPLAN, we had such a wonderful class. And, in the middle of it, we played a game using letters. In this game, each one of the students was supposed to take seven letters at first and try to form words, I mean English words. If you don't need a certain  letter, you give it back and say "Dump", and take three other. But, if you say "Peel", you give everyone a chance to have another letter. The winner is the student who can form more words than the other ones. It was too funny a game and we played it twice. Afterwards, we watched a wonderful movie named "Mad Hot Ballroom", in which a lot of students, I mean poor American students, are learning to dance at dancing classes in public schools. Most of the movies showed Latin American dances, and some of the main characters of the film spoke in Spanish accent, because they're probably from any of Latin American countries. The movie was really amazing, really a must-see movie. And, for the rest of the day, we went on a boat ride to Michigan Lake. It was too amazing a ride on the most famous lake in the US. We passed through Chicago River, inside the city, and we went straightly to Michigan Lake. All the day was busy, but really fantastic. I'm quite enchanted by the city sightseeing. I never thought this opportunity would be as terrific as it has been. So, obviously, I'm quite happy.
